Hipobuy Spreadsheet vs Manual Tracking: Which Saves More Time?

The Test Setup

The manual tracker made 8 errors across 30 orders. Wrong prices, forgotten shipping updates, and duplicate entries. The hipobuy spreadsheet user made 1 error, a typo in an item name. The formula-based calculations eliminated arithmetic mistakes entirely. The status dropdown eliminated inconsistent labeling.

Perhaps the most significant difference was in retrieval. When asked to find the total cost of all orders from a specific seller, the manual tracker took 4 minutes to flip through pages and add numbers. The spreadsheet user used a single filter and saw the answer in 10 seconds.
